If I ll write about pros here so it will not be more than a joke only. If it will be last company on this Earth, I ll simply say "never join".

Cons

Mismanagement Favouritism Illogical and illiterate managers Sucking culture. No appreciation Some associated think that they are more than director of the company because they have support from nonsense seniors managers/managers

Worst company with a very bad culture

Pros

As it is a small company, there are only 2-3 people who handles all kind of projects. If you're an experienced candidate then they will give you more load then you expected.

Cons

Be safe from HRs. They will took all your money if you try to leave. Work culture and environment is very bad. Please don't go, and look for a better opportunity.
