Pros

I honestly have nothing positive to say about this organization. This was a very negative experience in my life.

Cons

This position is considered to be "direct marketing", it is like how IKEA is set up that you have to go through the entire store to appeal to your sense of greed to purchase more because there are so many options. This is not a marketing role, it is a sales position where you are at Costco or Fred Meyer making announcments over the PA system trying to sound excited and sells whisks (that do break all the time) pillows, and skin products. Those people at the mall that chase you down or make you feel awkward watching you look at their kiosks, this is worse because you literally have to set up and take down your "booth" by yourself and leave the remnants in your car for days at a time or unload all of it into the storage facility. The DAILY MORNING meetings make you feel like you are being brainwashed into some sort of cult and everyone is just nodding and attempting to please the charismatic leader. Minimum wage is an understatement. You either make commission or you make the bare minimum (definitely not 40 hours a week). The schedule is given to you the week of and is scrambled and will have you driving to Vancouver or Hillsboro and anywhere in between.
