No body will discourage you or under-estimate you, will always get opportunities to prove your self and skills and in turn you will get best rewards irrespective of your experience only talent counts. you will always be given important as an employee, your suggestion will count and more of that you will never get ignored or feel like going unnoticed if you say something or give any feedback and suggestion.
