      Pros

      The woman I initially reported to is what made me say yes to the employment opportunity to begin with. She was wonderful and her energy matched the energy of my own so working together was pure magic.

      Cons

      It's not an unknown secret that this company likes to give only certain privileged white women criminals second chances. The moment that you discover that the woman in charge served time in prison for conspiracy to murder, you will be terminated by said woman. HR will completely side with her as her husband also happens to have a lead role in the company as well. There is no chance here.

      So many downfalls to this place

      Pros

      Great people to work with, I have maintained longtime friendships from this place, clients and employees.

      Cons

      Management is TERRIBLE here, with no direction whatsoever. They will fire a ton of people at once and without explanation. There is a ton of company politics, hard to move up as well because you are competing with management and they will never give you a raise but will always tell you to do a job you are not even supposed to be doing.
