      Pros

      Annual raises were fair. HR listens to concerns if concerns are brought to them. Co-workers become like family.

      Cons

      Lack of communication b/n departments, Older computer system that is repetitive, Upper level management can seem out of touch with what is going on in the rest of the hospital.

      the culture is sick, everything they say about the company to lure you in is a lie unless you're part of someone's special family name. be ready for discrimination and being disrespected. have fun!!!! 12/hour have fun with that too!!!!
