Narrow minded culture, so every where one faces hardest time

• Extremely strict rules, including fixed in-and-out timings and only 30 minutes for lunch. • The company is run solely by family members (hereditary management). • The 2.5-year bond includes many terms and conditions—for example, the training period is not counted toward the bond duration. • An employee is expected to work at this company for nearly 3 years. • If an employee wants to leave during the training period, they must pay the full training cost. • If they want to leave after the training period, they must pay six months of their gross salary (i.e., ₹1,30,000 + plus 3 months’ notice period salary 65,000) • Gross salary is ₹21,000, but after heavy deductions (including 1/4th held by the company), employees get only ₹10,000–₹13,000 per month. • The held amount is returned only after completing 3 years; if not, the company keeps it.
