I worked at this company with full dedication and willingness to learn, but unfortunately the work environment within my team became mentally exhausting. The issue was never the workload or company expectations — it was the repeated unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from leadership that affected my confidence and mental well-being. Instead of support and guidance, there was constant criticism, humiliation, and personal targeting. Over time, this created a toxic environment that made it difficult to focus, grow, or feel valued as an employee. I appreciate the learning opportunities provided by the company, but I strongly believe there should be better leadership accountability, respectful communication, and a healthier work culture for employees.
