Neat and interesting place to work but management is so poor people would be better off seeking employment elsewhere

Creativity and really cool projects, awesome staff to work with, some of the best people I've ever met
Cons
Management. Managers treat employees like they don't matter and continuously push their work off onto you but question why work isn't getting done. Abusive language toward employees calling us idiots and useless and hat they don't care about us and would put us on the street is they have to. Will overwork employees but try to get out of paying overtime. "Do as I say not as I do" should be the companies motto. Egads has a terrible reputation and the doors should close permanently, or at least sell the company to genuine people who care about others other than themselves. Management gossip and constantly stepping in their assistants toes to make themselves looks better. Never giving employees the credit and recognition they deserve. Liars.
