Too many to list down, but here goes. Indian co top management doesn't care for safety and welfare of employees. Forced employees to come to office during peak covid time. The most senior guy used to joke saying Covid is a joke, nothing will happen. Guys are scared because they want to sit and home and relax while we pay salary. So much concern..wow. Zero respect for employees. They are abused on calls and in meetings openly. If you complain you are thrown out. Cannot complain about the indiscipline of favourite team of the top management. You will be shown the door. Threats to remove from employment are given openly. It's only when you are a new joinee you are given special treatment for few months. Awesome Micromanagement. They have cameras on your heads to monitor your talks and movements. HR is only namesake. Go with an issue and get sent back without any resolution. Tough issues which concern top managers are conveniently put aside to not antagonize these people. Else even HR would be shown the door. Arbitrary policy changes by top management. No one deserves such treatment. It's insulting.
