Senior management pay money to write great glossador reviews. Hire non techinal guys onto senior technical roles which they are not sure what they does No process - harass for ideas but never implement. Too much partiality and lies.

Sheffield Uni new graduates are a great bunch to go to a pub after work. The corporate events are tons of fun and free booze.

Cons

The company engages in predatory practices hiring out of Sheffield Uni and running people down until they burn out. The salaries are way below average and the pay raises are in the 2-3% range every year. Past 6 months the new leadership which came from Mimecast got over 40 people sacked in all areas of engineering. The remaining people are expected to deliver what the previous team could not. The company product has little future as it is competing with Microsoft offerings. Everyday drama, favoritism, yelling and toxicity are encouraged by leadership and are a norm. Only work here if you are starving and have no shelter.
