Pros

Relatively None, they are a bunch of leeches

Cons

The salary after more than 6 years and 2 A/C types is 20000 EGP, which in comparison to the average salary in Area or even in other small Egyptian companies is very small. another Con is that the company will only give you an internal approval which is good for nothing (cocked with the local aviation authority) and will not even give you any training or experience certificate in the same time you will sign an agreement to pay for the training incase of no pay leave or resignation with the amount they decide. and now the company wants the engineers to sign on extra 5000 USD in case you leave company or take a non pay leave during the first 3 years after the training. the company will do all it can to make you their slave, they will threaten and persuade any company that interview the engineers. if you resign they will sue you, will not pay the social security for the whole interval, will take all the insurances you were part in and will revoke your security clearance in Egypt so you cannot work in aviation field any more and will contact the company you are going to persuade them or threaten them. the overall spirit in the ground and every one is seeking an escape way.
