This was my first job out of school, and looking back it was an excellent experience. In a small firm, received the opportunity to work at just about every administrative position within a financial services law firm which allowed me to develop skill like customer service, negotiation, team leadership, while back end roles such as an analyst allows me to learn access and sql.
Cons
Pay was a bit rocky, location: Paramus, NJ: It's the crux of shopping malls and massive traffic. Finally you're the middleman between the courts and clients/investors. So financial crisis can be a bit hectic. That being said, I learned ALOT about weathering a financial storm.
Worked employees to the bone and provided lousy salary. Small place, no growth. Posted employees' jobs to replace them while they were still working there. Now it's called Selip and Stylianou.
