      Only pro to snow removal is they buy pizza afterwards for you.

      Cons

      Expect to come in and do snow removal on your day off no matter what you have planned and not to be compensated for it other than pizza

      The sales and finance staff are very helpful when starting out Get to drive almost any vehicle on the lot

      Cons

      Management plays heavy favorites Expectations are high and hard work may not pay off Snow removal, albiet expected, is difficult. I was not given a straight reason as to termination of employment.
