Pros

Pay was ok but in all reality you get a base salary and have to make up the rest with overtime and weekend gigs. You do NOT get the advertised base pay as your salary

Cons

Literally the worst management I have ever experienced. CEO was almost never there (too busy on private yachts, vacations and flying their private jet). I was gas lite at my end time, told I would receive unemployment and then when I filed for it I was denied because they told the state I was malicious towards them. Also anyone else realize a major amount of the positive reviews on here are all at the same time? That’s because the office was told to do a positive 5 star review… YUCK Huge ugly corporate culture, STAY AWAY

Pros

The day-to-day collaborators were supportive, talented, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. The shop and technical teams were skilled, resourceful, and consistently delivered high-quality work under pressure. Clients were kind, fair, and professional to work with, making the external-facing aspects of the job genuinely rewarding. The projects themselves were creative, technically interesting, and offered opportunities to grow skills across disciplines.

Cons

Leadership lacks clear separation between personal relationships and professional decision-making, creating an environment where raising concerns feels like putting your career at risk. HR processes are inconsistent, unclear, and do not provide employees with reliable avenues for submitting formal complaints. Retaliation is a risk when attempting to report issues involving individuals who have personal ties to executives. Then minor or previously unaddressed performance items may be used as justification for termination when deeper cultural issues are the underlying cause. Your managers support will primarily exist when there was no personal or professional risk involved. Overall culture does not foster trust, fairness, or psychological safety for employees who expect transparency and accountability.
