Even as a rather small company there is some entrepreneurial spirit and innovative thinking.
Cons
Badmouthing employees behind their backs and smoking out unwanted people seemed like normal behavior, even at the highest levels of the organization. The core business and ways of working were rather traditional and changing things radically would've required resources that the company was lacking.
