Not a good company in terms of policies and transparency
Pros
1) Freshers get to learn a lot. 2) Flexible timings. 3) Work from home available.
Cons
1) The policies are not at all employee friendly. Everything goes into the pockets of the management. 2) The policies are not at all transparent and if you file any type of reimbursement, you will be denied directly (even though you are putting extra hours and working hard for the company to grow). 3) The admin, HR and other support staff teams enjoy to their fullest and get everything reimbursed, but an engineer works hard and his all reimbursements are kept on hold. 4) Rewards policy is also not transparent, a HR/admin guy who is just sitting in his cubicle and enjoying gossiping gets an award every month but a engineer who is fully dedicated to his work and company doesn't get a single reward in his tenure.
