Every horrible experience you could have from an employer I had here. This family- owned sweatshop will strip every bit of your time and energy until you are fully burnt out. No benefits, no time off, no advancement, no overtime, and terrible pay.

This place will work you until you can’t anymore physically and mentally, because of how understaffed they are. Overworked and underpaid for the amount of work done by their employers including NO benefits. So many promises that you will not see or hear of after the first time spoken about. Management always says to speak up when needed, but whenever you did you were always threatened, treated like dirt, or disregarded. PTO is “earned” by their employers to work over the weekends with NO PAY. You are monitered by camera and audio at all times and I’m not talking just one camera in the room there are cameras at every corner and sometimes right in front of your desk. They claim it’s for your protection when really they’re just spying on you. Management also likes to talk bad about employers when not around thinking we all don’t talk to each other and will tell one another. Management always liked to say “We’re like a Family” when in reality the co-workers make more of a bond then they ever will with Management. I could go on for days, but will finish off by saying READ everything you see about this company. It may seem all great in the moment but it is not worth ANY of the stress. Do yourself a favor before doing this company one of many.
