I had a disappointing experience here, due to several critical issues: 1. Rapid Policy Changes: The company's frequent shifts in policy and direction created confusion and instability among employees. 2. Lack of Team Involvement: Major decisions were often made without consulting team members, leading to disengagement and frustration. 3. Money money money: The relentless focus on profit over employee wellbeing left staff feeling demotivated and undervalued. 4. Hasty Blame Culture: Management had a tendency to assign blame without thoroughly investigating, fostering a toxic work environment. Better ask from both side bro. I saw my friend blamed because a customer report some issues, come on customer not always right bros. 5. Favoritism atau pilih bulu: There was evident bias towards certain employees by top management, undermining fairness and morale within the team. 6. Know it all top management: You know that one friend who thinks they're always right? Well, imagine that, but as the TM, especially CEO and CVO. Listening to others please? Memang impacted the company culture and employee satisfaction.

- Favoritism issue by top management for certain employee - No clear direction from top management - No clear job scope even need to do sales if you do other job description - Too much tee up with no qualifications and standard - Work under pressure most of the time - Too much switching department for most employee - Team member have doubt to speak up and share opinion because always not heard by manager - Leadership for most manager are so bad, not good at managing team, they always priority their own benefits (selamatkan bontot sendiri) - Top management are to arrogant with team member, always have excuse for team member request - Reward the correct behaviour my -, I put so many effort and sacrifice everything but still no appreciation - Appreciation from manager and top management was so bad and almost zero. I dont feel appreciated working here - Freedom to speak is forbidden here - If you can adapt with culture even you are performing you will need to consider your resignation -Conflict of interest between CEO and his second wife- who is one of the manager in the company
