      Pros

      You have access to do more with a project than you may would at any other firm. Some team members here are a wealth of knowledge.

      Not very good project managers The company if very top heavy. To many chiefs and not enough Indians. Long hours

      There are no pros to working here.

      Cons

      The way this company has handled the covid-19 pandemic was horrifying. The CEO was pressuring all employees to return to office without any consideration of individual health status. Promotions are a joke. It has a toxic environment. Just simply find another company to work with!
