This is a company that really take care of its employees. During the COVID lockdown, the CEO of the company refused to take the salary - but ensured that all the employees got their salary in time. There is also a lot of freedom in this company and the management is highly accessible for any conversation

Cons

The company is still in a start up phase...It should show greater dreams to grow.
