Deceptive , poorly managed, and no sense of direction.

Excellent medical, dental, and PTO benefits.

Cons

I had a terrible experience working here. Training consisted of shadowing for a few days and getting a few crash courses on their unique applicant tracking system. For a company that had such poor training, they had very high expectations. Also a very noisy work environment. If you’re anything like me and need structure and support from leadership, then this company is not for you.

Colleagues are great! The overall team is very hardworking and passionate about senior care and recruitment. Small company so it’s easy to get to know everyone and work together.

Cons

Poor leadership. For a small company they do not understand taking care of their employees. They push their mission which they do not follow and pass a lot of judgment on their hardworking employees. They follow very strict policies which does not leave a lot of room for professional growth. Numerous employees have left (which hurts for a small company) and do not look at themselves to see if they could be doing better.
