Pros

Nothing good can be said here!

Cons

This company has got to be the worst company out there. They have no morals, no ethics, and nothing good can be said about them. The turnover is insane. The backstabbing is insane. Rules are always changing. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing, Truly, management does not care. This company is a revolving door. Their benefits are horrible. They only give you the state required PTO, which is just a few days a year. Outrageous deductibles for health insurance.

Pros

There are no pros to list other than the occasional early release on a Friday.

Cons

All the cons won’t fit in this box, but to list a few: First of all any of the positive reviews are fake and the company pressures current employees to write them because they can’t keep anyone or get people to come into interviews. I’ve never worked at a more awful place in my life, and I’ve had some pretty bad jobs. The work environment is incredibly toxic and malicious. Any good people with any principles or morals gets pushed out. There is no qualified HR and the “HR” placeholder does everything in his power to make employees lives’ miserable. There is no proper training in any department. Constant finger pointing. Absolutely no communication. You will have no voice whatsoever, anything you bring to attention will be overlooked and ignored and then you will be targeted and retaliated against. The culture at this company encourages and enables back stabbing, undermining, disrespect, unfairness, and attacking individuals. There is no genuine positive feedback. You will not be acknowledged for working hard. You will be criticized and punished no matter what you do. There is absolutely NO loyalty or compassion toward employees whatsoever. Everyone is completely disposable and treated as nothing more than a number, no matter how much you put in or how long you’ve been with the company. Pay is not equal. You don’t get any paid vacation, only the state mandated 40 hours of PTO for the whole year. There is no heat, no AC, and no windows in the warehouse they call an “office”, for any department except upper management. Policies protecting your pay, responsibilities, and expectations change constantly at the whim of “HR” or upper management in order to take advantage and undercut you as much as possible, regardless of any agreements made prior. They don’t even follow housing or labor laws, they believe they are above the law. The turnover is constant because it’s such a terrible place to work. The owner makes zero effort to speak to, interact with, or even be introduced or remember employees even though it’s a small company. Trust me when I say you will instantly regret working for this awful place and will be desperately trying to get out as soon as possible.
