      An Inside look to Ekol Logistics

      Pros

      If you are a lazy person who loves to pass your responsibility to others in a constant manner this is the company for you to work.

      Cons

      A company run by undereducated arrogant people, with no vision what so ever. Absolutely no connection between the operating teams. As they fall back of paying the salaries people leave and new people take over the business almost every quarter. These newbies don't even receive a basic training and they're thrown directly to the devil's den to learn by messing up the operation. Everyone is perfect no one does any mistake it's always someone's fault until it's proved. And during this process you will be added to millions of mails people accusing each other with the fault.

      Pros

      I could get insight into how a transporter company works. They have a pretty decent ERP, ehich they use more or less.

      Cons

      The whole company just goes without any conseption. The money comes from the parent company, so they don't have to be profitable. They employ primitive people.

      Pros

      Fantastic insight into the supply chain industry: from rail and road freight (Intermodal) to warehouse management. Most people have great work ethic and they are professionals.

      Cons

      There is no concept about which project is important. Everything is top priority yet nothing gets done on time. There is a significant number of primitive people too.
