      Shareholders need to change up leadership

      Pros

      Making a positive impact in people’s lives. Working with a new and developing technology is exciting and cool.

      Cons

      The management team does not take leadership over key issues. Regular employees are not well supported and their critical feedback is ignored or taken as cause for offense. Production and Service departments are chronically understaffed and under resourced.

      Work in a fascinating industry that will only grow in the future Strong emphasis on engineering and creative problem-solving Relaxed culture that felt inclusive Competitive pay for being a smaller company

      Leadership changes led to inconsistency and lack of clear direction - reported to five different managers in one particularly turbulent year. Repeated layoffs (5 in 5 years) created a stop/start atmosphere that added unnecessary challenges to already complex projects.
