Transportation and daily meals that are fine. Also ability to work remotely at some cases. Also stable career if you chose to settle down there.
Cons
Very old and hierarchical structure in the company, where older employees are better no matter what. Also the members of the owning family are always superior and have some sort of a veto. Also the headquarters is very far in the industrial area.
