I have been working with Elajika Inc since an year. The Management here would always be there to answer your questions and address your concerns.They always try to build a personal connection with the employees. All legal and immigration matters are always given utmost priority and importance. The company is always transparent in the pay.The marketing team is very supportive and responsive.
Cons
Nothing as of now. None that would stop from getting the work done

It's been almost a year that I have started working at Elajika. I got my H1B. Good staff and very supportive during H1B process in filling the documents, responded quickly with all my questions and so helpful. Management are friendly, very supportive and approachable.
Cons
Not that I can think of any.
