Besides the many many stories I've been told about Elaniin (From lies, to layoffs of people), I'd like to confirm to you guys, this is not a good company.
They have built this company based on lies. From lies to the clients to lies to their own employees, they think they are "smart", the truth is that they are not honest at all, neither to the clients nor the employees. People who is good at lying to people and clients are the ones they estimate.
Last year they told us they fired the whole junior devs from our company, because "big projects" were coming, and because they were not going to be capable of handle the projects... this went out exactly from the mouth of the CEO... What company who cares about people and growth does that?, what kind of "Great place to work" does that? I gues if you are a junior and you're there, you should be afraid of working there. They won't appreciate you at all, and they won't be interesting in "boosting" your career, as they say.
Management is built by fake people, they sell themselves as "A great place to work" "good environment" "A cool CEO" "Good people who care about their employees". Their employees is the last thing on the list for them, they don't care at all about people's health, they don't care at all about software quality, they want quality, but they make you work tons of hours per day, and they make you hurry with the deliverables. Projects are bad estimated, and they have no idea about software quality.
They congratulate you for finishing one project that would actually take you one year, in 2 months, and they give you a milestone for that, but what if you don't? Easy, you're a bad developer, and you get fired.
Last thing, I'm pretty sure the previous reviews have good reviews because the CEO and management told their employees to do so. It's manipulation, again.
Don't waste your time here, there are great companys for devs in El Salvador, with real trainee programs, with good people, but not this place.
