You get 70% of your revenue, so if you work hard you earn hard. You have complete freedom in which projects you apply for, how much vacation you take and (optionally) which courses you follow with your training budget. The average age of the consultants is around 30, so you also have a large pool of like-minded colleagues to ask questions or have fun with during one of the many activities that are organized.
Cons
You carry similar risks as if you were freelancing. However, this is well compensated by the higher salary with respect to a permanent data role at a company.
