      Poor management, but some really clever people

      Pros

      Clever people and some really good people to work with. Great vertical with lots of opportunities.

      Cons

      Poor management and leadership, not focussed on real business value and no appreciation of non-technical staff, including the sales team. No understanding of the sales process, or business generation or having a decent commission plan!
