      I've been with them for almost 3 years and I'm happy with my career progress here in ELCO. My fellow team members are helpful and considerate. I look forward to work with this company in the following years, as long as they need my services.

      Pros

      Management is effectively involved on projects but not even close to micro-managing. Trust is certainly gained easily with high expectations to the levels that help improve processes. Management is open-minded for development and changes to improve. Not perfect but definitely moving forward to the right direction.

      Leave credits exists but can be more competitive, especially during holidays.
