      Ltc specialty for 13 years. I have tried other health care settings, and returned to LTC.

      Was never adequately staffed the entire duration of my employment, which I felt infringed on the quality of patient care, having unhealthy work loads.

      The residents were so sweet

      Lack of orientation and guidance from management as a new employee. Very disorganized. Residents rooms very dirty.
