The impact was worth every minute! I loved working with the team although our time was short. I loved the mission & believed in leadership and understood the challenges - senior living has not recovered yet from Covid. I received a promotion and raise, felt fully supported by CEO & senior leadership. Enjoyed the team building events and valued all of the training.

Cons

Lots of changes made it challenging to keep up at times, being remote added to that.
