      -Work independently and not having people breathe down your back. -Scheduling

      Cons

      -Unfair wages, with the minimum wage hike the company did not compensate our current hourly wage to balance out, we all make basically minimum wage.

      Cons

      If you are someone who gets bored easily, the job becomes monotonous quite quickly. If you’re working from Canada, they only observe USA holidays so you won’t get holiday pay for Canadian holidays Back to back calls can be exhausting Occasional rude customers can be pain

      Remote, bonuses, insurance, not much else.

      Cons

      Bad management, MICROMANAGEMENT, abusive relationship w supervisors, always threatening to fire you. Dead end job. Terrible promotions. Idiot customers. Only do it if you are 5 minutes from offing yourself because you're starving from no food cz you have no money.
