Great Potential / Disconnected Owners / High Turnover

Pros

If you don't need benefits the pay is good. There are some really good people to work with. Top notch facility and equipment.

Cons

High turnover so you can't get any momentum. Owners rule with fear of termination. No employee appreciation leads to poor employee engagement. Owners too worried about appearance and not about substance. Constant unsettled feelings about company stability and security.

Management at Eldon James wrote the previous review. There are NO Pros with this company.

Cons

There are NO benefits, the health benefits that were in the works have been dropped. The owners have only one interest and it is not he employees. In the past year the turn over has been very high, well over 20 people. The main focus at Eldon James is how much money is flowing into the owners account. They have to hire temporary people as they cannot attract long term employees with no benefits. Temps are not treated well at Eldon James. Extremely POOR Management!

Eldon James Response

Eldon James pays a very large portion of Health Insurance premiums for those that have enrolled. We also offer a 401K plan with a generous match. We are looking forward to an even more enhanced Health Insurance program in March of 2023. We offer 2 weeks of paid vacation after the first year and for each year of employment additional vacation time is awarded. We surprise employees with bonuses and enjoy several employer paid events per year.

Pros

No benefits, low pay, racist owners,fake company. Not even clean room certified, high turn over of employees.

Cons

Fearful for your job on a daily bases. They don't listen to their employees. The employees work under extreme heat and they won't fix the heating and cooling systems.
