The team and management have created a unique company culture, with a focus on development, married together with a passion and strive to make the very best film. I loved the general vibes in the office and across the international team, it was like a family! POSITIVE ENERGY! I loved going to the office and will miss it massively. Thank you team EL !!!
Cons
Film and advertising can be tough, and sometimes dealing with long shoots and tough clients was challenging. However due to the internal culture, I always felt protected and confident that my team had my back.

AWFUL production house to learn proper working processes of production, especially for those new to the industry. learnt the hard way after joining another company that everything done at EL was skewed - profit margins for a PH are never meant to be this high, let alone markups on the budget to charge clients; even small stuff like call sheets are not done to the industry standard looks nice but no actual substance nor proper experience from top management. if you want to be part of a company that knows what they're doing, avoid EL at all costs
