      Decent place to work Free snacks and drinks Public transit access

      Cons

      Lots to list but here the the major ones: - Compensation policy is an insult. Imagine this scenario: they bring in somebody else who does the same job as you yet makes $20,000/annum more than you and gets a signing bonus. - Upper management has a tendency to use their subordinates to climb higher - A lot of people at the company are extremely fake led by the head of HR. Don't share your opinions. - Don't be surprised to see extremely unprofessional behaviour from your manager...even after you leave.

      Pros

      Amazing place to learn and grow. Lots of educational opportunities. Passionate and top-notch Agile environment. Huge focus on employee satisfaction, particularly for long-term staff.

      Cons

      Senior management team is a clique of guys who prefer to golf and play hockey than manage the day-to-day operations. As a result, small issues can balloon into large ones because they don't keep an eye on the ball. Not a positive environment for women.
