There are some very talented people who work or have worked here. Also, training was extensive.

Cons

There’s so much I can say, but I will leave it to just this—how in the year of our Lord 2024 do you NOT have a cybersecurity attack plan?

company as a whole preaches 'family values' but does not offer any sort of paid family time, they block birth control and then do not offer insurance that covers birth.

I like the hours, friendly work environment, and opportunity to grow

Pros

Most of production works only 4 days a week and many of my colleagues work hybrid. People are friendly and encouraging. A lot of room for advancement. Decent benefits.

Cons

They definitely have high expectations. Those looking for an easy job should probably look elsewhere.
