The only pro in this organisation is its resignation letter and witnessing the downfall of the poor lonely misogynist CEO.
Cons
- Downside is an understatement, the CXOs are extremely clueless and will make you feel at your lowest. This should better be banned as a suicidal organisation. - The CEO & the CTO both are fake, just burning investor money and forcing off their pseudo intelligence and power for the sake of letting their employees suffer - They will use every type of cuss word and derogatory remarks irrespective of your gender, in every way possible just to add some entertainment in their lonely purposeless life filled with every fake investor penny that they could possibly arrange. - Growth in this organisation is near to zero, the attrition rates speak for themselves. Trust me every single employee here is looking for some other alternative including the CXOs themselves. - The product is faulty, cheap and these people are just befooling every other customer, investor and employee. The CEO should better get back to studying some basic morality, because definitely he in no way passes the criteria to be called a civilised creature. - Talking intelligence is a crime in this organisation, as far as the CXOs are running this roadshow. - Culture of Eve teasing every single girl and harassing them is pretty common at this 'friendly' place, the CXOs will make sure no girl feels safe inside. - Rohit the CTO has openly ill-treated innocent girls in the office, who don't bow down to his fake IIT degree. His arrogance is as small as his self-respect, licking the dumb CEO's feet for some penny explains the poor fate of his own life.
