Every engineer is allowed to use company resources as they see fit to find solutions to their problems.

Cons

Low pay compared to others in the area. Racist CEO, Terrible COO and CFO who will try to gaslight you into thinking they are doing you favors when they are really trying to take advantage of you.

No actual drawings to make for a CAD Librarian - it's data entry

Electroimpact gives you a decent laptop to work with.

Cons

Making drawings is not what you do. You find info on whatever part the engineers want data on, and enter it into the system. That's it. It's remedial-level "research", and data entry.
