Pros
The office environment is mall and therefore everyone knows everyone and so it’s like a close knit family. Often celebrating birthdays and achievements across departments. Has a great community culture and there is an element of pride with working with one of the fastest growing hydration beverages companies
Cons
Pay is not that great Management is toxic and full of micromanagers. A con of a small company is that the people that have been here for a while feel like they are invincible and therefore treat their team like they are incompetent and like children. It’s a shame because the employees are amazing to work with. But management are horrible and HR do nothing in the interest of the employees making it an unwelcoming space for employees to report any issues
