People have been making repeated and costly mistakes on a daily basis for years , yet everyone , including global leaders turn a blind eye to it as they have no backbone to address anything . Management protects lazy and long term employees and continually makes excuses for them , yet disregards revenue raising people who are hardworking and those trying to drive change . They will lure you in with big promises and career advancement and once you have joined they will pigeon hole you as one of the convicts described above . They will try to change your contract and negotiate you to get less pay for more work in the long run .
