Pros

Work environment at Electrolux Australia is fantastic. The open and collaborative culture fosters a sense of community and teamwork. Trust and empowerment are at a level I had not seen before joining Electrolux. The management stays focused on the importance of work and life balance. 60 / 40 working from home policy and flexibility in work hours allow me to maintain a healthy balance between my professional and personal life. This flexibility significantly contributed to my overall job satisfaction. Overall, my experience at Electrolux Australia is incredibly positive and exceeded expectations. Supportive management and team, focus on well-being and competitive remuneration make Electrolux a top choice within CE industry. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for healthy and rewarding environment.

Cons

Please turn down air conditioning in Mascot office.

Pros

The company is very flexible with time management. You can set your own schedule based on your personal needs and work remotely whenever you want. I often work on large projects with teams from around the world, not just for the Australian market. The team is very supportive, and I enjoy sharing my experience and learning from colleagues globally. There are extra benefits like Care Day and Picnic Day, which let you take additional days off when you need them. The company is inclusive and hosts various events, such as Bingo for Pride, special lunches for important dates, and occasional yoga sessions. There’s also a gym in the building, which is convenient if you're in the office. I feel comfortable speaking up and sharing my ideas, knowing they will be listened to and valued.

Cons

Sometimes the workload can be quite heavy, but I think that's normal in any company. Working for a global company means coordinating across different time zones, which can be tricky but manageable. Data management could be improved; it can be hard to find files or figure out who to contact for information. We recently went through a change in the company structure, which made some people feel uncertain and waiting for more details about what will happen next.

Pros

Great co-workers Self-development opportunities to support career growth Supportive culture that nurtures honesty, integrity, trust and growth Great incentives for team members WHS initiatives that include mental health

Cons

Policy vs logic adding to timelines - not always a con as allows 'outside the square' thinking development but does at times create frustration - quite common with larger global companies though.
