Good product that helps people to have a better quality of life.

Cons

Senior Management is clueless. Employees are treated with a "you are easily replaceable attitude. No matter how much or hard you work it is never good enough and very under appreciated. Salaried employees are treated like hourly. Lack of trust and micromanagement to the detriment of the company.

Small company where you know most of the employees, good medical device that helps patients.

Cons

New leadership/management in 2013 made many poor decisions and led to a big loss in customer base. Frequent turnover in the sales force and manager level, poor focus on how to deal with completion. Frequent changes or cut backs in compensation packages.
