      Very open to ideas and improvements. Easy to communicate throughout the company. Growing company with opportunities in multiple areas.

      Understaffed in some areas. Could use more support in technical fields.

      Pay is fair. Company is growing rapidly

      Cons

      All aspects of PTO (Vacation, paternity/maternity, bereavement) are poor. Insurance is average to mediocre. No one seems to understand what happens with upper management. Most decisions make no sense and have unrealistic expectations. Hourly employees are perpetually in mandatory overtime.
