Pros
At first the job was the best job I ever had, after the honeymoon wore off it was the worst. The actual job itself, I loved it.
Cons
Everything was a con, office politics, cliques, managers, being yelled at, insulted, treated like an idiot every day, micromanaged, over time theft that is impossible to prove. Communication, work load, check INS and outs every day and not get paid for your time.

Close to home - commute wasn't horrible
Cons
Zero vision and zero work/life balance. Many of the so called executive team have little to no vision and cannot share the company vision in a manner that speaks to the employees. Company is owned by private equity who are just in it to sell and make a profit hopefully.
