The CEO has ZERO problem stepping on his employees to get $$$$. The Cliques that are formed dictate everything. If you are not in one, your life is hell. They start off nice, saying that "we are a family" and preach teamwork, but anyone in there will throw each other the bus as quick as possible because if the CEO gets mad, he will start making the persons life miserable. Making sure that you have to drive from one side of the state to the other back to back....they pay well below the gov't avg. for mileage. I have heard the CEO trash talking employees to his brother who works there and then be all super friendly to that employee. the CEO is very sexists, says VERY inappropriate things to the woman and men there. This is hands down the single worst place i have ever been employed. Every day felt like there was a target on my back even when my billable time was above others. its a revolving door...no one stays long that isnt in the clique.

Cons

Pretty much everything...very cliquish management. They pretty much lied about everything. I looked at it as a move where I could prosper. I was told there was no travel...guess what? Travel 100% in my own car. But oh yeah...they pay mileage. They will seem very friendly at first, but then they'll stab you in the back the first time they can. Sales will promise the sun, the moon, and the stars and then you'll get blamed if you can't provide it. There's even a lot of nepotism within the company...so expect it.

-Great hours -Good pay -Wonderful and knowledgeable people -Wonderful benefits for a single individual -Flexible to your needs and willing to work with you in the event of a complication in your life -Excellent experience and a great place to build character

Cons

- Be prepared to show up on-time and do your job well - The environment is cliquish but you get that wherever you work -They forget to fill or empty the coffee pot so sometimes you go in disappointing that you don't get to have your morning coffee :P
