COO does not act as a role model for work inclusivity, "padrino" system is disgusting, no clear process map, they have this ever changing report every week which burdens employees, no clear goals, supervisors and managers are not really for the position, they dont think like one nor act like one, some of them are making intriguing stories so they can speak with higher ups, iwwww, try to look at their office it is in the middle of residential area you will only burn yourself going there everyday and put yourself in a toxic environment, your transpo cost will significantly higer than other workplaces on Makati if you want to be dropped in front of the office, your officemate esp. those related to the COO will not respect your position because they can access directly LOL, those related to the COO are also in either supevisory position or managerial position. So goodluck to you who will join the empire of the COO.
