Pros

Countless growth opportunities. I never thought I would be here this long, but my roles and responsibilities have continued to evolve based on my skillsets and interests. Every day I feel like I'm on my growth edge, learning and challenging myself and supporting others to do the same. The team and culture at Elemental is top notch - so many capable, thoughtful, passionate people. We continue to adapt to stay ahead of what is needed in the market. I deeply respect and admire the leadership team - they provide clear and intentional priority setting despite an ever evolving landscape.

Cons

Might not be right for folks who don't like a startup environment with a lot of ambiguity and iteration. We work hard, move quickly and if something isn't working, we change course. That style may not work for everyone.

Pros

Overall: this is a challenging but rewarding workplace for those who thrive in a high-performance, fast-moving environment. - Leadership has very high standards, which pushes everyone to excel. Hard work and competence are recognized and rewarded. - Colleagues are all high-performing, making collaboration productive and inspiring. Especially on the portfolio team there is a commitment to continuous improvement. - Genuine efforts toward equity and a diverse workforce create an inclusive environment. - Competitive salary and excellent benefits make this a financially rewarding place to work. - Comprehensive review process and focus on professional development help employees advance in their careers.

Cons

- There is moderate turnover, which can disrupt team dynamics. - The work can be demanding, requiring strong time management and resilience. - At around 50 employees, the company has a mix of small-business and larger-corporation characteristics, which can sometimes lead to inefficiencies/growing pains - Not the right fit for those who prefer a slower or more predictable workload.

Pros

Incredible company culture and some of the best people I've worked with; fast-paced with wide range of exciting projects; able to tangibly see the impact you're having; highly flexible/adaptive organization

Cons

The fast pace can be tough to navigate at times, but it's a relatively good problem to have
