I deeply respect and admire the leadership team - they provide clear and intentional priority setting despite an ever evolving landscape.
Cons
Might not be right for folks who don't like a startup environment with a lot of ambiguity and iteration. We work hard, move quickly and if something isn't working, we change course. That style may not work for everyone.
