-Upper management shows great leadership, communicate well to the rest of the company. -Culture is really good, people care about the jobs they are doing, nice atmosphere. -Free lunch on Wednesday if you are in the office. -Flexible work schedule, remote or in office. Unlimited time off, and they actually mean it. At least I've taken more time off than I would normally get at another company and nobody says anything or seems to notice. -Company is expanding so plenty of opportunity for advancement if you are good.
