Pros
Sean Haghi, one of the brothers who owns the company, is extremely optimistic, transparent and ethical with his dealings with employees and clients alike. A natural born leader, he actually does inspire all around him to perform with a passion that sometimes you didn’t even know had in yourself. The structure created around the seven core values is one I will carry with me in all of my future endeavors and I very much thank him for that.
Cons
His positive outlook often falls short in maintaining the rest of the management team and encouraging a healthy work environment. For example, Armin Haghi, the other brother who runs the company, is his exact opposite inhabiting all the qualities of a bitter, narcissistic, egotistical, lying, hypocritical bully. It is often repeated that the company is looking for “unicorns”; special people with a passion for what they do and the tenacity to do it against all odds. Well in my opinion, Armin has consistently proven to be at odds with every person he has ever come into contact with and I now realize that the main attribute of a “unicorn” is someone who is able to perform their job above and beyond the call of duty with Armin slowing down the process, disrespecting your efforts, disrespecting you, and refusing to take culpability for any of his less than amiable qualities. While Sean is looking to create a Real Estate version of the “Coalition of the Willing”, the history of the company has proven that coalition is no match for the tyrannical country that is Armin Haghi. Turnover is extremely high and while there are other factors that contribute to this, you’d be fool hearty to NOT count Armin as one of those factors.
